“Is this therapy?”

No. This is real conversation and mindset support — not therapy or clinical treatment.

“Do I have to talk about everything?”

No. You set the pace. You talk about what you’re comfortable with.

“Where do the sessions happen?”

Usually a café, a walk outdoors, or a quiet public spot.
If it helps you feel more comfortable, we can also meet in a pub for one casual drink — not a big session, not getting drunk,
just somewhere you feel relaxed.
 whichever feels easier.

“Do I need confidence to start?”

Not at all. Many people come to Talk sessions feeling nervous.
That’s normal.
